Meeting of the national TRX teams from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Poland.
Qualify for your national team and take part in international fights.

Teams can arrive Friday night, there will be a fire place

Official opening Saturday 9.00, followed by 4 hours of training
After lunch some rest and a lecture/workshop
Games in the afteroon, 19.00 final competition and awards
Fireplace and some live music in the evening, networking
Sunday: 3 hours of training and official closing at 1pm
INTERNATIONAL TRX® MASTERTRENER TEAM
The graduate of the Officer’s Training School in Poznań. TRX Master Trainer and qualified STC and FTX Trainer, the owner of the Functional Training Studio. Movement & Mobility Specialist, Krav Maga Alliance Trainer, Boxing Trainer. He cooperates with the army (including the Elite Special Forces), professional sports clubs and Olympians. He advises the Polish national teams, the university representations and companies in the field of functional training, mentoring and – in a broad sense – the improvement of the quality of life. He has completed many instructor courses abroad (including EXOS), in, i.a., France, Germany, Holland, the Netherlands, Israel and the USA.
Former volleyball player, currently an enthusiast of endurance sports. I am the TRX FTC Trainer, Group Training instructor, and personal training instructor as well as the nutrition coach at the basic level. I also work as a motor skills preparation trainer with professional athletes. My other qualifications include the International FACTS® trainer, Blackroll® trainer and Les Mills Body Pump & GRIT® instructor. I’m the graduate of the Mentorship EXOS® and EPI Elite Performance Institute in the field of Strength & Conditioning. I am the member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

TRX Master trainer (STC, FTC, GTC, SMSTC, FORCE) since 2009, graduates of National Academy of Sports Medicine and keen endurance athlete. After all those years presenting in conventions all around the globe I learned that… I must learn a lot. I gain a good foundation how to move well, however I see the effective coaching as a key element in order to deliver experience beyond the clients expectations.
TRX Master Trainer FTC since 2015. TRX trainer (GTC and SMSTC) since 2011. Experience with young athletes training more than 15yrs. I love movement and playing games. Every day is a game day and new challenge for me. Im trainer of many athletes (tennis, ice hockey, soccer etc) and my work is my everyday inspiration. My athletes are my inspiration too. You can read a lot of books but your eyes are the best when you can learn from your clients.
Part of TRX Education Team since 2009 teaching STC, FTC, RTC and GRTC courses and founder of DIMI Fitness or D.I.M.I. – “Do It More Intense” as everybody knows it. My last project it The Movement Training Center, because movement it’s what it defines us and this is the greatest thing we can share to our students. After more than 15 years I am still passionate about learning more, exploring as much as possible, sharing what I know and having the results they think they cannot have with all of my students.
TRX FOR YOUR BEST DAY
This session is designed to set the fun&tone for the weekend. Followed by an inspiring&fun workout illustrating what a powerful training experience looks and feels like team from Poland.
TRX ANTIROTATION VS ROTATION – ISOMETRIC VS ISOTONIC WORKOUT
Session shows the influence of mixing static and dynamic patterns for building strength, power, speed and lean body mass. During the trainig we use TRX, Rip Trainer and Kettlebells. Workout motto: „out of scheme, minimum equipment, minimum space, minimum complexity, maximum effects, maximum quality, maximum simplicity”.
This session will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, DUO and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based workout that features intermediate to advanced strength exercises. We will combine strength exercises with mobility exercises In the unique blocks that deliver a high intensity workout.
TRX PLANK IN 20 OPTIONS
A strong core provides the cornerstone of efficient, strong and powerful movements. The active plank develops uniquely beneficial core strength
that translates to almost any activity performed in everyday life. Unlike crunches and sit-ups, the plank protects your spine by bracing to maintain stability, resist rotation and effectively transmit strength and power to the arms and legs. In this workshops we will explore some popular progressions of this excellent exercise.
A great mix of movements coming from: yoga, pilates, stretching, power stretching and not only. Starting from the old school of add-on choreography to the end of the class you will have a workout you haven’t thought and be prepare. You will have a surprise.
The forgotten unilateral principle will pop up in this workout and it will show you your weak and your strong points. From things you know to things you probably don’t we will play together with Starps, Rip’s, Kb’s and your own body weight.
